Nursing leaders use white papers to outline particularly complex issues and present evidence-based solutions to these complex issues. While white papers include scholarly evidence and references, they are not scholarly research papers. Assignment Instructions: For this assignment, a white paper will be developed. This assignment does not require APA format, however professional writing is expected, and references should be included using APA formatting. References should be from a credible, reliable source. References should not be older than 2-3 years.
• Introduction o Describe the purpose of the white paper and what the audience can expect. o Include a concise summary of the SWOT analysis findings, to include the strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats identified. Ensure you apply instructor feedback from the SWOT analysis assignment.
• Problem Statement & Background o Provide a concise, two to three sentence statement of the issue. (Remember who the
