In American schools, curriculum is organized from two perspectives.
One perspective of curriculum organization in American schools is that the curriculum should be a body of content or subject matter to be taught.
The other perspective views curriculum in terms of student needs and interests; or the process, how students develop their ability to acquire new knowledge.

Referencing the pages in the textbook, select the aspects of the various approaches that you think should be incorporated into a curriculum for a grade level you have specified.
