For your final assignment, you are asked to create an advanced social work leadership
 
training program for the organization for which you are currently working. The final
 
product should comprise 12 pages set in Times NewRomanwith a cover page and list of
 
10–15 properly cited, scholarly references.
 
Instructions
 
Complete the following:
 
— Articulate and explain the goals and objectives of the proposed program.
 
— Choose who youwill invite to the program and explain your choices.
 
— Discuss why or why not the chosen group reflects the cultural diversity of the
 
agency.
 
— Decide upon the elements of the program and evaluate your decisions. Be sure
 
to include:
 
—‹ Plans for when andwhere the programwill be held and a justification
 
for your plan.
 
—‹ Three leadership self-assessments that participants will take and an
 
explanation of why you have chosen them.
 
—‹ At least five topics (such as effective leadership, honesty and
 
integrity, self-awareness, and team building) to be covered in the
 
program and rationales for their selection.
 
— Explain the leadership theory or theories uponwhich you based your choices.
 
— Articulate how youwill address leadership ethics in your training program.
 
— Formulate and illustrate how youwill evaluate the effectiveness of your
 
proposed program.
 
— Include an APA-formatted reference list (no fewer than 10, current and
 
scholarly), reflecting the literature selected to support your plan, the theories
 
uponwhich it is based, and related decisions.
 
Additional Requirements
 
— Written communication:Written communication is free of errors that detract
 
from the overall message.
 
— Font and font size: Times NewRoman, 12-point font.
 
— Include a title page and an abstract. Note that the title page is also not counted
 
in the page requirements.
