• Purpose of study: The purpose of the study was to evaluate moral distress among critical care nurses in Korea.

• Study aims: To evaluate moral distress in critical care nurses using a qualitative approach.
• Sampling Technique, Sample Size & Characteristics: The study was done by interviewing 14 critical care nurses on two separate occasions. The nurses were voluntary participants and the study was conducted over a 2 year period.
