Vision and Leadership Strategy
This section will likely be multiple paragraphs and will speak to the requirements of the fourth section of the grading rubric. Your recommendations should at minimum include specific leadership theories that were covered in the first 3 weeks of the course content. It is recommended that you look ahead to chapters 11 and 12 in your textbook for theories that may be appropriate for your recommendations for SWT as well. Conclusion
Make sure that you always include a conclusion. The conclusion should be at least 3 to 5 sentences and summarize what you discussed in your essay.
